On Sunday, January 27, 2013, the zombies from the zombie community in Indonesia will hold a Zombie Walk, and will be by 300 “zombies”. As reported by detik, Eric Kairupan said that they will held this event to show the public that there are al lot of zombie fans in Indonesia.
This event with title of “Jakarta Outbreak” will held inline with the car free day start from 7.30 – 9.00. The zombies will walk from Dukuh Atas to Bundaran HI. Eric also said that there are 300 participant who have signed up, but at least 150 participant already state that they will attend the event. The event is free, but participants are expected to dress up themselves to be like zombie. Eric also claim that this event will be the biggest event in Southeast Asia.
If rains comes, the organizing committee will postpone the event to 3 February, so just follow their twitter account @KompiZombie and their website for more update.
