The Ministry of Labor and Transmigration Regulation No 19/2012 (Permenakertrans 19/2012) on Outsourcing is leaving many problems for the company, the labor service provider company, and also the employment agencies mentioned in this regulation. With the limitation of the type of work that can be outsourced to the Company Labor Service Providers (PPJP) then the parties need a lot of adjustment steps, since there are a lot of type of workd that is not set out in this provision.
