Enjoying many traditional Indonesian culinary outside the home has become an integral part of the family of Indonesia, which creates the most beautiful moment to be warm and close with the whole family. Festival Jajanan Bango or Bango Food Festival (FJB) will again present in Jakarta. This annual culinary festival from Bango soy sauce has been held since 2005 and has always attracted the attention of the people in the city.
In 2013, the theme for this event is the Archipelago Culinary Legend by presenting 10 different areas of culinary legend from around Indonesia. These ten culinary legends has been tested its delights and they are all famous. In addition to presenting 10 culinary legend, there are 40 local culinary from Jakarta will also present at the the Festival.
This festival is an appreciation from Bango for the commitment of these culinary legends because they have wholeheartedly and consistently offered authentic dishes of this country to the peoples. Their efforts led to culinary specialties, across time, and across generations. Thus, the fans still loved and remembered.
The Culinary legend selected from Jakarta is Nasi Goreng Kambing Kebon Sirih. The business established by H. Nein in 1998, was able to become citizens of Jakarta favorite fried rice and have opened several branches in Jakarta, without lowering the quality of the cooking.
