Pasar Parfum Condet: When my pocket becomes fragrant


Condet, a densely populated area in East Jakarta is also known as fragrant oil trade center. This effect manifests as perfume center since 2009 and is expanding to the present. You can meet all the perfume stores along the Jl. Condet.

At Jl. Condet, there are about 50 stores that peddle perfume refill. All the shops located on the left and rights side along the road and reach nearly 1 kilometer (km). Thus, since they are offering similar products, almost no distinguishing between one stores to another. The only distinguishing only their banner and a sign that appears in front of the store.

Perfume that sells here also variegated, ranging from famous perfume brand products that cost a fortune, to perfume refill that more on budget. With prices ranging from Rp 1,000 to Rp 5,000 per ml, the perfume merchant in Condet can have profits to 30% from each ml perfume sold.

Besides peddling assorted perfumes, fragrances refill center at Jl. Condet, East Jakarta also sell other products, such as medicinal herbs, honey, and olive oil. In addition, they are also sells various paraphernalia of Muslims worship, such as prayer beads and skullcap.

From Juanda/Gondangdia/Cikini go to platform 2 and take the Red Line heading to Depok/Bogor then stop at Duren Kalibata Station and take a 22 minutes walk to the Southeast

From Tanah Abang go to platform 3 and take Yellow Line heading to Depok/Bogor then stop at Duren Kalibata Station and take a 22 minutes walk to the Southeast

From Sudirman go to platform 2 and take the Yellow Line heading to to Depok/Bogor then stop at Duren Kalibata Station and take a 22 minutes walk to the Southeast
