Toko Lautan Mas is is located at Jl. Toko Tiga and this shop sells a variety of scuba gear and diving equipments. The Toko Lautan Mas was the home of the legendary Oey Tambahsia who lived in the 1800s. He was famous because he was a very wealthy businessman and well known playboy. According to some stories, an Indian want to buy Oey’s land in the Pasar Baru area and after agreement is reached, suddenly Oey see a pretty girls, she was the daughter his land buyers. He just told the buyer that the land should not be paid, but he wanted to be with the girl for two nights.

Oey Tambah Sia is a wealthy businessmen who run his business in a fraudulent manner. Oey like to hite an assassin to kill his business rival. Oey end his life in Fatahillah Park.
