Say Goodbye to Non Air Conditioned Commuter Train


PT Kereta Commuter Jabodetabek officially scraps all the non air conditioned commuter train since today, 25 July 2013. Eva Chairunissa, PT KCJ Communication Manager, said that the company no longer operates non air conditioned commuter train to increase their services to the passengers. She also said that there was no changing of schedule since they just replace the non air conditioned commuter train with Commuter Line.

Eva explains that PT KCJ gradually replace the non air conditioned commuter train since the beginning of 2013. Since July 2013, there were only two non air conditioned commuter train that still operates for Blue Line and Red Line

PT KCJ will add more car in August 2013. Total there will be 180 commuter line cars. PT KCJ will add more travel schedule. The company expected to have 830 commuter line cars by the end of 2013
