Burger, a western fast food is always considered luxurious food in Jakarta, since most of Jakartans impression on burger was affected by either McDonald’s or other international brand restaurants.

Burger Blenger, located on Ruko Versailles BSD, is offered a kind of local burger with style more similar in Western countries. “Blenger” basically is a slank word in Indonesia which means “Abundance”. Burger Blenger is definitely typically Indonesian as its rich with mayo and sambal (chilli souce). But the price is half of McDonald’s burger and double the size.

If you are getting bored with Beef Burger or Cheese Burger, you can order Chilly Dog or Cheesy Dog as well. All foods and drinks are within reasonable price; usually you have to queue to order up, especially during dinner time or on weekend.

Well, seems to me Burger Blenger is not a fast food restaurant. It’s more like a food kiosk.
