PT. KAI Commuter Jabodetabek (KCJ) has operated double track from Duri Station to Tangerang Station since today.

Construction of double track and electrification of Brown Line has a cost Rp 640 billion, with funding from the state budget. Brown Line is 19.2 km along that connects Duri Station to Tangerang station and passed 7 stations.

With the operation of this double track, the company expected the increasing mobility of citizens who use the services of commuter line on Brown Line from 52 trains/day to 104 trains/day. The double track construction on Brown Line will also supports development of the the Soekarno Hatta International Airport train services.
