During Mudik 2014, @CommuterLine will not stop at Senen Station


Mudik or back to kampong (village) is part of long and uphold tradition of the Indonesian people. Although the Mudik is not only part of the Indonesian Muslim culture, but the crowded of the Mudik can be seen clearly before the Eid Mubarak. After spent the Ramadhan, the Muslim usually will go back their kampong at the end of Ramadhan.

Many major stations in Java will keep busy for Mudikers traveler including some stations in the capital. Speaker of PT KAI Regional Operation I, Agus Komaruddin, said that since 21 July to 3 August 2014 @CommuterLine will not stop at Senen Station. PT KAI advise the @CommuterLine passengers to stop at neighboring stations

The policy is taken by PT KAI in order to prevent the buildup of passengers at Senen station.
