The level of mobility of people from Cikarang to Jakarta and vice versa becomes one of the factors that driving the government to build CommuterLine route to the city. Agus Komarudin, Director of Public Relations of PT KAI Operational Area (Daop) I, said in 2016, the route is expected to be used. Currently the route between Cikarang to Bekasi is in the process of electrification

Agus said that the government is currently making a double – double track from Bekasi to Manggarai, so the locomotive and the inter city train does not use the same rail with @CommuterLine

If we take a look on this map below, there will be many new routes of @CommuterLine to be built by the Central Government.
