Perumnas, a state owned company for Housing, plans to build many flats around @CommuterLine stations. The company promised to build flats around the stations in Greater Jakarta through the cooperation with PT KAI.

Perumnas want to build affordable flats and close to public transportation such as @CommuterLine. With this kind of concept, the community is expected to reduce the use of private vehicles, thereby reducing congestion in Jakarta.

The company set a target to develop flats at least at the 20 stations from 63 stations in Greater Jakarta in the next few years
