West Jakarta Administration will hold Kota Tua Festival from 28 to 29 Oktober to promote Kota Tua and to showcase the Betawi culture. Imron, Director of Tourism and Cultural of West Jakarta said that the festival will be at Jl. Cengkeh. The selection of Jl. Cengkeh is to promote Jl. Cengkeh as center of culinary at Kota Tua.

He also hopes that this festival will attract more visitors to Kota Tua. The festival will have many betawi cultural attractions such as Gambang Kromong, Ondel Ondel, Palang Pintu and others kind of amusement.
