If you no longer want to use the services of @CommuterLine for a long time, it may be useful if you refund the balance in your KMT Card
To do refund, follow these easy steps below
- Do not have a transaction 1 day before
- Go to the ticket counter and handed your KMT, then you will be given a KMT Refund application form
- Take care your application form
- You can pick up your balance and KMT card in the day specified in the form
- KMT refund is only served from Monday to Friday at 9:00 to 17:00
