How to Use @CommuterLine Ticket Vending Machine


@CommuterLine Ticket Vending Machine is a machine to purchase CommuterLine ticket independently. This machine can only be used for ticket Single Trip (THB) and Multi Trip Ticket (KMT) officially issued by PT KCJ.

This machine has two types of transactions

For Single Trip Ticket (THB) Transaction

  • Purchasing New Tickets
  • Top Up for travel fare
  • Refund Deposit

For the Multi Trip Ticket (KMT) Transactions

Top up balance

Just remember the denomination of rupiah which can be used

For Single Trip Ticket (THB)

  • Coins with a nominal value of Rp. 500 and Rp. 1000
  • Banknotes with a nominal value of Rp. 2000, RP. 5000, Rp, 10,000, and Rp. 20,000

For the Multi Trip Ticket (KMT)

Banknotes with the nominal value of Rp, 5000, Rp 10,000, Rp. 20,000, Rp. 50,000 and Rp. 100,000

Top Up Procedure for your Multi Trip Ticket (KMT)

    • Select the language; Indonesian or English
    • Put your KMT in the space provided
    • Enter the money according to the amount paid (no cash returns)
    • Press Yes to continue the transaction or No to cancel the transaction
    • Do not forget to take back the card

In the event of failure of the transaction, the receipt of transaction will come out automatically. Bring the receipt to the ticket counter to make a claim

Purchasing Single Trip Ticket (THB)

  • Select the language; Indonesian or English
  • Press the buy button and select the name of your destination station in CommuterLine route map
  • Determine the number of tickets to be purchased, you can only buy a maximum of 4 tickets in one transaction
  • Press Yes to continue the transaction or No to cancel the transaction
  • Place your money to purchase
  • Do not forget to take the card and the change (if any)
  • In the event of failure of the transaction, the receipt of transaction will come out automatically. Bring the receipt to the ticket counter to make a claim

Top Up for travel fare for Single Trip Ticket (THB)

  • Select the language; Indonesian or English
  • Put your THB in the space provided
  • Press Top up button
  • select the name of your destination station in CommuterLine route map and press proceed
  • Press Yes to continue the transaction or No to cancel the transaction
  • Enter the money according to the amount paid
  • Do not forget to take the card and the change (if any)
  • In the event of failure of the transaction, the receipt of transaction will come out automatically. Bring the receipt to the ticket counter to make a claim

Refund Deposit Procedure for Single Trip Ticket (THB)

  • Select the language; Indonesian or English
  • Put your THB in the space provided
  • Press refund button
  • Press Yes to continue the transaction or No to cancel the transaction
  • Take your deposit
  • In the event of failure of the transaction, the receipt of transaction will come out automatically. Bring the receipt to the ticket counter to make a claim
