Exploring the Jakarta Old City area is not complete without stopping at one of the buildings that have been revitalized by Jakarta Old Town Revitalization Corporation (JOTRC). The building formerly owned by Rotterdam Lloyd and built since 1930, has now turned into a coffee shop that sells a variety of coffee from Indonesia: Toko Kopi Aroma Nusantara
Toko Kopi Aroma Nusantara is located in a very strategic area at Jl Kunir. The Coffee shop is close to the Jakarta Kota Station and TransJakarta Shelter: Fatahillah Museum.
Despite occupying a part of the building with a few tables, but the nuance of Old Batavia actually present well. The interior is well laid out to evoke the imagination of the visitors about the coffee and crockery.
For fans of coffee, a selection of coffees is available aplenty. Location, taste and interior are all fit for a coffee after a tired walking around the old city. Although primarily they sell coffee, but you can also enjoy a variety of meal or snack. You are required to enjoy a sip of coffee results from the best coffee plantations in Indonesia and also a civet coffee (Kopi Luwak) which is currently the most expensive coffee in Indonesia.
