Alun Alun Rangkasbitung: The City Center of Lebak


Alun – Alun Rangkasbitung or Rangkasbitung square is located on Jl. Abdi Negara, Rangkasbitung. Rangkasbitung itself is the capital city of Kabupaten Lebak. Since 1851, Rangkasbitung has been the center of of Lebak. It was set by the Decree of the Governor General of the Dutch East Indies, number 15 dated January 17, 1849

The Alun – Alun Rangkasbitung is surrounded by many government building and also the mosque. The alun alun also serve as place for many official occasions. Since the park is really located in the city center, many resident of Rangkasbitung spent their times in this particular square to enjoy the sunset or to play basketball.

The park equipped with a wide range of sports facilities such as basketball, volleyball, and open green spaces to play football for the community.

If you want to find the right place to relax for a moment from the bustle, the Rangkasbitung Square could be the right choice. Friendly locals, the city is clean of pollution, and a relaxed atmosphere could be an appropriate means to restore your energy

From Juanda / Gondangdia / Cikini go to platform 2 and take the Red Line/Blue Line heading to Bekasi/Depok/Bogor and stop at Manggarai Station. Go to platform 5 and take the Yellow Line heading to Jatinegara and stop at Tanah Abang Station. Go to Platform 5/6 and take the Green Line heading to Rangkasbitung and stop at Rangkasbitung Station. Take a 17 minutes walks to the South

From Tanah Abang go to Platform 5/6 and take the Green Line heading to Rangkasbitung and stop at Rangkasbitung Station. Take a 17 minutes walks to the South

From Sudirman go to platform 1 and take the Yellow Line heading to Jatinegara and stop at Tanah Abang Station. Go to Platform 5/6 and take the Green Line heading to Rangkasbitung and stop at Rangkasbitung Station. Take a 17 minutes walks to the South
