Rujak Cingur is specialty dish from Surabaya. It made from cooked buffalo snout, bengkuang, mango, water spinach, tofu, cucumber, bean sprouts, glutinous rice cake, tempe, and it served with black sauce made from fermented shrimp paste and grinded peanuts. It is a very popular in Surabaya.
